Our Core Before 4 week prenatal pelvic floor & core program will give you the tools to build & maintain a strong, well-functioning, & reflexive inner core throughout pregnancy, and heal faster post-birth. Learn from our in-house physical therapist & get to know the anatomy & physiology of your changing body. Our program is recommended by OBGYNs, midwives, & physical therapists.

Learn about the anatomy and physiology of birth, stages of labor, advocacy, how to create a birth plan, routine interventions, coping techniques, birth support, and more in our evidence-based childbirth education series.

Our in-house Women's Health Nurse Practitioner walks you through the physical changes that occur in your body postpartum, supplies to have on hand for a smoother recovery, caring for your stitches or c-section site, and other ways to promote the healing process. You will also learn about postpartum mood disorders, nurturing your partnership as new parents, and returning to intimacy postpartum.
LEARN TO PREVENT & MANAGE SYMPHYSIS PUBIS DYSFUNCTION, BACK PAIN, & PELVIC PAIN
