"It is my belief, that we inherently have the strength, wisdom and ability passed down to us by our ancestors, familial and not, to birth and nurture our children. As a doula, it is my job to help facilitate and turn that innate wisdom, passion, dedication, education and support into a reality. My goal is to assist in having a safe, memorable, beautiful and empowering birth experience, while honoring each one’s personal wishes.

I have been trained to educate you about the birthing process, and lovingly guide and support you physically, emotionally and mentally. I will hold space and mindfully advocate for you and your baby throughout pregnancy, labor/ birth and postpartum."
